Aluminium Industrial Scaffolding Tower ?

Aluminium Industrial Scaffolding Tower, used a handful of times. I have taken lots of photos, the base measures 1.85m x 0.91m, and from top to bottom has a height of 4.3m. (Approx) The photos show the two sections and the one just fits on top of the other. It has two platforms with hatches, 10 x red horizontal braces, 4 x blue diagonal braces, one end of the tower has ladder in built. It has lockable rollers.
