Real Blue Baby Boy Celia Doll with original Clothes, Teddy and box ?

This is a real Celia Baby Boy doll, number 47/500 as indicated on the back of the head. Beautiful doll with blonde curls and in original blue romper suit with hat and original shoes and matching teddy The doll itself is in good condition with minor stains and marks, which are not noticeable (I have tried to show in the photos) and I no longer have the certificate, but the doll does come in the original box.
